Shuck the corn real good getting the extra silks off by using a paper towel or a small tooth brush. Wash the corn and drop in boiling water just long enough to heat through. Then take the corn and plunge in a sink or large container of Ice Water. The secret is cooling it as soon as possible. Drain and put in bags. I once had such a huge amount of corn, I scrubbed the bath tub, bought extra ice and cooled it down in it. You can't go wrong with this and it is delicious
