They do not officially contain nuts but may contain traces of nuts as they are made in the same factory so dont risk it!

I am not a cook, but i don't think there is any peanut oil in plain m&m 's

My neighbor is highly allergic to peanuts.  He does not even eat regular M & M's because there is a risk it contains traces of peanuts.
