Web designer denies access to domain name holder.

I pay for a domain name and step son controlled the site. His father is now deceased and son is uncooperative with me. How can I gain control of my website when the son will not respond to my requests?

If he do not want to help you then that is a big problem. I suggest you take this matters legally because you own the domain. If he doesn't want then there is no way that you can get it back unless you seek some legal advice.
