You can control and improve your mind memories in different ways. Some of them are daily exercises of brain, eat well and eat at right time, sleep well and also some regular mind activities will do the trick.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few full, slow breaths, try to control your mind

Wash away the bad images in your memories and replace them with fresh good images.

Looking at a picture of me several times a day would be a good start lol.


Try to practice mind power secrets. You can unlock your brain to function better by means of the following:

- taking deep breaths

- meditation

- sitting up straight

- writing, like poetry writing or writing a journal

You can also unlock the power of subconscious mind through puzzles.
