Why can't I contact anyone at AOL for help?

My daughter has been locked out of her account because she guessed her password too many times.  Now when she try to go on, it tells her that theres suspicious activity happening on the account.  She has the email linked to her phone, but she just can't remember the password.  We don't have upgraded accounts so we can't call and actually speak to a person and apparently there's no other way to get help!  Can anyone help me?
