Unless you both agreed to be in an exclusive relationship, it's not cheating. He was thoughtless, rude and he hurt your feelings but he didn't cheat.

If you said you love each other, and wanted to spend the rest of your lives together and he had sex with someone else 5 days after the two of you had sex, then I think that is cheating.
