Yes some QuickBooks hosting service providers are really charging too much for the hosting services. As a technology analyst i feel that anything around $30 -35 per user /month is the reasonable price for QuickBooks hosting . The situation can be explained more easily if we consider that the licenses for QuickBooks are already with the user and QuickBooks hosting service providers rationalizes their high prices by luring the customer with the information that they are licensed by Intuit. But users must be wary of these promises as intuit do not restrict these services in respect of any particular service provider. More ever intuit do not guarantees the service provided by these so called licensed service providers. What matters ultimately is the kind of service , support as well as backup provided by the QuickBooks hosting service provider. And never pay for the setup cost and technical support. The two most attractive service providers are www.myrealdata.com ($29/month/user) and other estepgr.com

I think Onthenetoffice offers affordable hosting services for Quickbooks, Abacus and all other business applications. You can get more information at http://www.onthenetoffice.com/quickbooks-hosting.html
