To me forums are the second place (Google search being the first) to search for help with specific subjects. Do you do this as well?

AOL email search fails

Here's what they told me at AOL. Delete cache, history, cookies, etc. Reset your actual browser. Go to https://mail.aol.com/lite and while holding SHIFT, left-click on HELP in upper right. Click on RESET to all 4 options there. Wait 2 hours. It worked for me.
