This advice was correct.When i clicked on "remember screen size"after changing the screen to maximize it worked,I would like to add for me who has xp and aol i had to click "remember screen size and position.I hope this helps some ppl..:)

Can't open the welcome screen

I am trying to use aol 9.5 or 9.7. We can sign in but the welcome page has an error message. I want to use Firefox but can't get the aol screen on it only aol news.
