Like other people mention.... it is not very clear what you are trying to do.

But there are a few ways to use an image / photo / clipart from internet on your computer. You could for example just use the right-mouse-button on the internet image and then select:

a> copy image - and then paste the image inside Word, inside a drawing solution, inside an e-mail, etc.

b> save image as - this way you can save the image on your harddrive (C:\my documents for example) and then you can open this image with any software that supports images
