Hello Jerry, Tommy Faust with DISH Network Executive Offices here. You would need to download the app from the App Store for Dish Remote Access. You would also need a 922 receiver connected to high-speed internet, or a 722/722k receiver with a Sling  Adapter connected to high-speed internet. All you would need to do after that is login to Dish Remote Access through your phone/computer.
