Most blogging sites like Blogger
has the tools and social type of network needed for an internet writer to display their work. A writer's best bet would be package their stories and send them off to a publisher. Personally speaking as a reader, I can't really get into reading stories on a computer screen

If you are really good in writing a stories then you can do blogging. You can post and create an account to Blogger or to Wordpress where you can publish your writings and share it with other. Of course, upon publishing it you can do link building to promote it so that there are lots of people will get to know about your stories.
