After I foward a email & it says its been sent,I can't get back to my original message on my email--I have to reload my email to get back to it -Why ?

Oh just  check your sent mail box and you will find it.

It goes to my delete mail--Also I have to reboot my mail -It won't return to my mail at all---Now what ?
