or it could be that what you think are stupid questions are honest inquiries from people that have tried dozens of methods to correct their problem with no success.then when we post here we get jerks like you who offer ridicule but no help.the usual answer to a question about aol is to reinstall,even if the real answer can be a simple tweak here or there,but at least those folks try to answer the question other than being an a..hole.
