Computer Check does not recognize firewall

I recently installed AOL Computer Check Up on my desktop(Windows XP-SP3)

but for some reason or another it will not recognize my firewall. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question. Did you try temporarily disabling your firewall to download AOL Computer Checkup? Also, is your operating system compatible with the version you have?

Sometimes if there are too many anti-virus software systems installed it messes up the main firewall.You have to check settings in control panel under security.
