What computer software can i used to review my paranormal ghost footage?

It depends on what format your ghost footage is, and what kind of computer you have.  Windows Media Player can be used for several video formats, particularly WMV, and it can do AVI and MP4.  Quicktime can be used for MP4, QT and MQV video formats.

AsPGrtty suggested + you may be able to edit you movie using WindowsLive MovieMaker (free from Microsoft).
