By your question, I'm going to assume you are a beginner! So, you will need nothing more than a "beginner's set", i.e., Your budget price should be a       ladies WALMART set or perhaps a used set; whatever suits your fancy!

A golf bag, ladie's golf balls, a driver, a set of irons (#5 Hybrid, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, a pitching wedge, a sand wedge and a putter! Golf shoes are optional, unless you will be playing a hilly course and in that case, you should buy a pair of very good golf shoes for traction.

If you plan to walk the courses you can rent a pullcart, so there's no need to buy your own pullcart, unless you just want to!
