Trying to locate my wife's family in burley idaho how would i start

check on line court sites to see if they have any tickets, civil or criminal cases. check archives of the local paper to see if there are any births, deaths or related stories. Check Zabasearch.com (free) gives listings for most people and dates of their birth (good site). too many ways to list them all.  Contact a neighbor and ask the neighbor to help, see if they know where they moved to.... etc
