Community tank bullying?

Ha guys! I've got a 10 gallon aquarium with a filter and I'm going to get a heater but I dont need one right know because its summer and HOT! Anyways ive got 3 neon tetras 3 platys (2 female 1 male) and a baby betta. Not sure about the gender yet they all keep swimming around the tank pretty fast sometimes I'm wondering if I should be wooried about any of them bullying each other and I'm pretty worried about the baby betta is there something I don't know or should be worried about! Please answer quick! Update: I my 3rd platy I got three days ago at petco it looks like his skin or scales is sort of dry or leathery is this because of old age or is something wrong other than that he looks fine
