Judge loves to ply us with his moronic BS.  The cost of medical liability insurance for a doctor is only 1.5 to 2 % of a doctor's gross receipts, contrary to Judge's lies.  Tort reform would take away the public's liberty; i.e., the liberty to sue for negligence like anyone else.
