Do units patrole the neighborhood on a schedule or randomly. How many calls on average (weekly or monthly) do you get here. What is the nature of the calls. Any violence reported? or break ins, vandalism etc. What is the typical reaction from the P.D. should a suspicious person be reported walking around. Do you come to my house 1st or do you patrol the area etc. Hopefully, the officer will be prepared with answers specific to your area. If possible, request the officer to gather some facts and figures before he arrives.
