Best to go to a professional or a shop that does natural ingredient coloring.

Hair coloring can be dreadfully distructive to your scalp and to your body in general.  Anything we put on our skin goes into our bloodstream.

Better not to color your hair, because on the products itself it is written to avoid if your scalp is sensitive.
