My husband was killed by a drunk driver a year ago, My son has a scholarship from New York University which he started two months ago and he is a freshmen. At the same time both my parents and my aunt past away. I am now coming into money and I still want to keep the scholarship. I think I need a lawyer to set up trusts. Do you know someone that I could hire to help me do this properly. I would appreciate your advice. Hoping to hear from you. I think I need a good lawyer in Manhattan.
