College course

so I'm a fourth year student and I am now filling out the application forms from different schools. I want to be a doctor but my problem is.. I don't know what pre-med course should i get. I'm actually thinking about BS Psychology, BS Biology or BS Medical Technology. At first, I was decided to take up BS Medical Technology but my sister and my brother told me not too. They asked me what if I didn't want to continue to Med school then I'd be a medical technologist only compared to being a psychologist or being a human resource in the business field. I'm really confused... Thanks!

You need a BS in biology and why you would consider those other degrees passeth all human understanding.
