Clock tower shopping plaza on hwy C in Ozaukee county Wi.

Does anyone recall a shopping plaza that was on hwy C or hwy 32 that was a just few miles south of Port Washington in a very undeveloped area? I recall that the plaza was basically all crafts and antique shops and most of the owners lived above or behind the shops. There was also a fairly large clock tower that could be seen from quite a distance. And if I recall, part of the name of the plaza/center was clock tower. I have not been able to find out any information about this place and if it is still operating. I moved out of Wisconsin about 20 years ago, and I'm now returning for a visit and I like antiques, so I thought of this place. Any info would be appreciated.

Thank you.
