I just spoke to someone @ Classmates.com and let them know that if I was not refunded my $39 I would be calling the BBB and filing a formal complaint. I was then informed that I would be recieving my $39 within 10 bussiness days. The number that I called was...425-917-5005 good luck

I too was very unhappy with this website....I could not find any contact information for them to get assistance in trying to access my account after signing up with them for 2 years. Luckily for me I found this website and other people's stories with the numbers listed below I was able to cancel the membership I signed up for the very same day. I was immediately charged the $59 annual fee which i did not realize they were going to deduct in full on my credit card rather than the monthly fee of only $2.97.

This website is a total gimmic........if it wasn't for this website I would have been taken advantage of. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE INFORMATION.
