I do not know the answer but if you feel that an attorney has done you wrong you should probally post the wrong doing on the site

Your best bet would be to file a grievance with the Attorney Grievance in your state.  They will direct you for free and may even be able to handle getting monies back if necessary at no cost.  It would depend on what you are suing for.  You can find the contact information for the Attorney Grievance Commission in your state on the web.

I work for an attorney and generally if someone has a problem with an attorney or their attorney, this is how and where it is handled.  I would check with them before putting out my own money.  Hope this helps.

The best thing is to seek legal advice on what case to file against said lawyer. For unpaid monetary obligations, a collection suit may be filed.
