After circumcision

my son got circumsized when he was about a month old and sincr then i been having to move his skin down so that the head of his penis pops out, is this normal

No it is not. This means that the doctor performing the circumcision did not cut off enough of the foreskin.

It happened to my grandson when he was a baby. My daughter had to have him circumcised all over again so that it would not affect him when he grows up.

After the second circumcision he is much better.

I suggest you bring it up to his pediatrician so that he can examine him and advise you what to do.
