Cici's Pizza. The Taco Bell of pizza chains. Prices so cheap you know they can't possibly be using quality ingredients.

The best value among the pizza chains is Little Caesars $5 large pepperoni pizza. Not the best pizza I ever had but I've also had a lot worse for a lot more money.

The best pizza chain is Boston based Papa Gino's. For a chain their quality is unbelievably consistent. Puts Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's and all the others to shame IMHO.
