There are a lot of treatment options for your lower back pain and your type of conditions decribed above.  Number one is learning good mechanics.  Poor mechanics can easily irritate your SI joints and cause additional stress to your lumbar DDD.  Another important key is learning helpful ways to make sure your SI joints are lined up and that your walking pattern is not causing a shift in your pelvis.  Strengthening your legs, abdominals and gluts are important in keeping your lower back healthy.
