Chinese food is delicious - everyone knows it (although it can be a bore after several consecutive times of eating it). What type of Chinese food do you prefer - vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Hi rogue77,

I love Chinese food but as a non vegetarian will only really eat those which contain meat. My personal favourite is crispy beef in chilli sauce or Duck pancake with aromatic sauce-Delish!

I love char su ding .... for the veggies and sauce ... and could eat it without the meat (just fine for me) but they normally put chicken, beef or pork chips in it (but not a lot).

It's not on menu at many chinese restaruant, but most chinese chefs know how to make it up and have the components on hand, so I ask and get it (most of the time) even when not on menu.

rogue77,  I don't have any preference.  I love it all.  Chinese pepper steak is great.  So is the Shrimp chop suey.  Even my dog Sparky loves egg rolls.  It's all good stuff.

I am NOT a veggie eater. I am a carnivore, straight up.

My favorite Chinese food - sweet and sour pork, egg fu yong, fried rice, deep fried shrimp.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

I love Chinese food myself and lucky for me, I have about 10 of them to choose from in a 2 mile radius around my house. Eggrolls, General Tsaos chicken and shrimp toast!
