Wow, six pages of "answers" that have nothing to do with the original question. Nice going AOL. Here is my answer: it is a brand of Indian made Area Rugs made sometime between the 1970-80's (ish). Known for it's thicker real wool material and cleaner pattern designs, these rugs typically sell at antique or auction sales somewhere in the neighborhood of a grand (but can vary from $400- $3000) for the larger 8x10 or 9x12 sizes. They are well made of and consist of excellent build materials and workmanship. - Jim

Addendum: This brand made between the 1960's and the 1980's when low end knocks off's I suspect put in under. (no pun intended) ;P
