why is my chinchilla barking at night? usually if i check on her and talk to her she will stop. This time i sat with her and talked to her and she still barked. I'm worried that she may be sick. Plus I need my sleep it's 2:30 in the morning.

Chinchillas bark? Maybe it's chinchilla mating season and she's telling male chinchillas that she's available. Be my guess anyway.
