Do you try to encourage your children to appreciate art through sculpture and pictures in art galleries?

My son is only two years old, maybe when he grows older, I will, so he can appreciate it.
My son is now grown up. But I used to take him to a lot of cultural events, and I will do the same with my granddaughter :) Children's minds, are like sponges. They soak it up, and usually enjoy what they learn.
For children to visit art galleries should form an important part of their education, therefore children should be given the opportunity to visit art galleries when they are of a suitable age.
Itook my granddaughter who is 13 to the Lorton Virginia, Lorton Workhouse Arts and Museum. The artists also do their work there and we could watch, such as glass blowing, wood carving, painting, working with fabric to name a few subjects. I was pleasantly surprised that she and her father enjoyed and want to return.
