The question is short and not so sweet, so I'll answer in similar fashion. Not sure of the laws in this case but why would you want to? What possible good could come from forced visitation? Poor kids... watching their "father" stare at his cell phone wondering what his girlfriend is doing while he's not around. Great bonding moments. Forget the law. Use your head.

I've had my moments.

Bb is right - you can't force someone to be a daddy.  His loss, and one day it will return to bite him on the butt.

THAT WHICH DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER. Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.

I agree. Why would you possibly want to do that?

I understand you may want some time for yourself, without the kids, so you're hoping he'll perform his fatherly duties and visit the kids as scheduled - but I can tell you right now, he won't.

Find some other parent to trade with and the both of you take turns watching all the kids while the other gets an hour or so to do whatever s/he wants - child free.

Taking a shower is nice. So is reading something, or eating. Uninterrupted phone conversations can also occur as a result of 'me time.'

See how nice this trade can be?

The USAF is consistent with all the other Armed Forces in their treatment of dependents. Recruits can have any number of dependents, and they will receive allowances and benefits for all of them. One if free comprehensive medical. I highly recommend joining the armed forces.
