I am trying to find info about any agreements between Canada and US or Canada and Texas concerning child support.  I have a 3 year old grandson whose father is a pro football player in Canada and who pays no child support.  Her mother says she is trying to get payments but I'm not so sure.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.
