A Declaration of Guardianship may be revoked in any
manner provided for in the revocation of a will (i.e., by a subsequent
will, codicil, or declaration in writing, executed with
like formalities, or by declarant destroying or canceling the
same, or causing it to be done in declarant’s presence.) In addition,
a guardianship may be revoked with a subsequent re-execution
of the declaration in the manner required for the
original declaration as required under law.
