Why would you get angry with a child?  They don't know what is really happening.  They don't have the same understanding that we adults have.

Be honest and be true to yourself.

Your question is too vague for me to be able to give you any suggestions.

However, I will state that it may be not so much that you are angry with the child, but that you are angry and frustrated about situations in which you find yourself, and the child is a convenient outlet for your frustration and anger.

Please give us more information so we can better help answer your question.
