The Chief authority

DearSirs, how can a Chief be in power over a  VFD district 25 with out having to go thru a  board approved it is his soley?   VFD also has  made false insurance claims   and stolen property reports to cover his tracks after his employees worked on his personal property then stated that they only worked on permissis remodling also using VFD credit cards and over spending on false insurance claims never keeping his word of repremand of the subordinate. driving his Motor cycle at top speed on MacArthur Dr. Board members of oak grove vfd  should step up and  hold him accountable for all the personal spending and false receipts which also inclludes driving his command truck monday thur friday on VFD fuel to his daytime Job  just a round figure alone is not a benifet to our commuity and very costly. Also giving premission to help a employee without approval then recanting on his soly after being pushed for an answer, Mr Bob Rudder and Roger Oneil are very much aware that the vehical that are given to the VFD are completly stripped and remain in his garage to this day this belongs to Oak Grove VFD why would you put some one in charge that was releived of his duties cause of this same behavior,   In complaining to Mr Pogue he stated that he was in comtrol if he felt it impotant he and he alone would bring it to the board  Who and why have you not stopped this. The Board is accountable and should rethink this A meeting should be held as to    fill the boot chamage monies that he soly has in his possion???
