chest or sterum pain

Alittle over 10 months ago i got this weird ...

alittle over 10 months ago i got this weird feeling in my chest when i woke up to go to the bathroom did not last long maybe seconds then after 2 weeks i was sleepng got up went down stairs sat on the couch went to move and got the same pain.called 911 had ekg stress test stood overnight had enzyme work done all came back good.Periodically it still occurs now i went to a cardiologist who really does not believe it it the heart.I am having a endoscopy done tomorrow it is strange cause it only effects me when i get out of bed not every night maybe 1 time a week or so.It does not cause me pain when i am sleeping nor does it wake me up i am very scared it feels like a charlie horse bulding up and then in a few minutes it subsides i did a certain stretchthe other morning to see if it would relieve the pain as i felt it coming on and it worked so the next morning i did the same stretch before the pain and i think i heard a crack in the middle of my chest.The next night i went to turn around to sleep on the other side and i can feel the pain beginning to start as ipush myself to move to the other position i am sooo confused and frightened any ideas?PS was diagnosed with acid reflex and have been taking meds faithfully and also was told all at the same time last year that i had h plory that was treated with antibiotics I honestly do not think this pain is from acid reflex i have never experienced heartburn then nor now
