I think a brain surgeon would need to pass a great deal more than an SAT.
There is a long and winding road between High School and specializing as a neurosurgeon. Unfortunately, persons who cheat on SAT, PSAT, and other pre-entrance exams will cheat at all else they do. That is why these exams have "verifiers" and random questions.
