OK. Jokes aside. He may simply be concerned with your health and well being. I don't see how offering to help you with a medical procedure equates to cheating.

If you feel happy the way you are just tell you don't want and finish!

If you wish to do so take advantage! if he wanted to cheat because a pair of hard boobies he would go out and get someone else but he likes firm boobs so if he wants to do that for you so he like it better and you like the idea just take advantage!

Never do it for him!! just if you want.... but doesn't mean he is cheating because he could go out and get one! ok so he wants yours but the way he likes but more important than what he likes it's WHAT YOU LIKE!
