How do I make changes to My Portfolio's Summary chart that lists all my stocks

on the portfolios page in Finance, I entered my new stock and added it to my portfolio.   How do I enter the price per share that I paid for it when I bought it a few days ago.  The chart shows today's price per share, but I want to change that to the price that it was when I bought it.    Also, is there a way to add another column to the page that lists all of my stocks?  I'd like a column that tells me the full name of the stock.
