Here is the online Member Services page, and here is the online Magazine Services page, where, if you know your login information, you should be able to change your address.

I have had my best luck finding a phone number for a magazine on the masthead in the actual copy of the magazine. It's in the first few pages, usually on the left-hand page at the bottom, where it mentions how many times per year it is published. If you can't change your address online, or don't have access to your account, try phoning and they'll probably help you.
