Call center agents spend their entire working hours sitting in front of a computer and answering client queries. Doesn't this kind of set-up take its toll on the health of the agents? Any call center agents out there? Smile

Sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time is not healthy for anyone. You might think it's safe as computer companies claim that the radiation is too minimal to be considered as a health hazard. What little radiation you get everytime you work in front of a computer will accumulate through time. Lead generation

The disadvantages of being in a call center company means you have to condition your body to be able to survive the constantly changing time schedules which are typically graveyard. If your body clock cannot be well adjusted, sickness can come your way and affect your job performance.

One of the main disadvantages of call-center is this one only. Call agents with the help of Auto dialer call the other customer or the received the call .I can just advice the agent do the simple exercise daily.
