Cell number directory, access to cell phone records?
Is there some kind of a cell number directory online where one can look up a Cell Phone Owner or get access to cell phone records?
Have you used something like this before?

I managed to find Reverse Cell Number Directory ,
I was impressed with their up to date database , and it's pretty quick and simple to use.
The information that I received was Full Name and Full Address tied to the cell number, the cell phone company details, and even previous cell numbers and addresses of the cell phone owner.
Some advice:
- Be careful as some cell phone reverse look up sites supply only a list of possible first name matches
- And make sure the cell number directory that you use has a once-off fee for as many searches as you like (or at least an option to use that). Some reverse cell phone look up sites charge per search

No, I discovered that there is no free cell number directory, this is because the cell phone companies charge to release their info.
Some sites buy the info and create their own directories.
