Should celebrity news be legally banned on the grounds that it is an invasion of privacy?

It's not an invasion of privacy unless the reporter did something that violated the celebrities rights.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
