CDL class B driver's license with A3 restriction

I passed the road test for a class B CDL driver's license.  The form the examiner gave me indicates an A3 restriction.  Does anybody know what this means.

Bob, There are different restrictions in different states. What state did you recieve the license in?    Kreigh

I googled it and it says that if you have an A3 restriction that you can only operate a school bus or other municipal vehicle. Call your local state DMV, I'm sure they could give you a more specific answer.
