This could be a sign of a diseased Gall Bladder, please see your doctor.  If it is, the gall bladder can be removed via laproscopic surgery (minimally invasive) and you will recover quicker and feel much better upon recovery.

This could be a sign of pregnancy.

This could be a sign of advance ovarian cancer.

It sounds like you have an imbelical hernia. If you had an "inny" and now have an "outy". If it has always been that way ... don't be concerned unless it enlarges.
