This is a troubling question to me not enough information.

What kind of sores?  How long have you had them?  Where exactly are they?  What do they look like, do they weep, are they encrusted, do they multiply?

Get to a doctor and get yourself checked out.

Anything on the skin is related to something toxic coming out through the skin. These could be some sort of psoriosis. Probiotics and various herbs and supplements can repair the digestive system and the intestines which are likely leaking toxins from something diet related. What are the sores like and how long have you had them?

What kind of sores are you facing there are many sores problem, are you suffering from cold sore or Canker sore anything pleas specify..it .. As sore are generally prone to the people who spend most of the time resting on bed or are immobilized due to some reasons.
